Gehan “G” Haridy-Ardanowski is a 6X+ laid-off/transitioned employee-turned solopreneur, fractional & project human resources (HR) consultant, and speaker whose stages include TEDx and DisruptHR. She is also the Amazon bestselling author of FROM SATAN TO SENSATIONAL HR! 7 Ways to Humanize "Evil" Human Resources.

With 20+ years of multi-industry experience spanning small businesses to household-name companies, including Cintas, 7-Eleven, CVS, and PwC, G has seen the workplace from all sides. She draws on that topsy-turvy journey to offer a grounded perspective audiences can connect with.

Described as an “engaging” speaker with an “amazing vibe,” G brings quirk, empathy, and real-world savvy to every stage, blending relatable stories with practical “a-ha” takeaways.

G holds a B.S. in Human Resource Development, an MSA in Leadership, and is a Certified YouMap® Coach. She’s a Metro Detroit, MI native and now lives in North Dallas, TX with her husband (ask about their workplace wedding)!
